Participant Rules

The Participant Rules govern the requirements, admission, suspension, termination, rights and obligations of participants of SeturionX on the basis of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinMIA). The Participant Rules ensure the equal treatment of participants as well as the transparency and functionality of trading on SeturionX.
