Directive on the Procedure of the Investigative and Sanction Bodies (Rules of Procedure)

This Rules (Rules of Procedure) govern the procedure for investigating and sanctioning violations of the following rules and their implementing provisions issued by the regulatory bodies of SeturionX: (1) Rules and directives relating to the trading system (trading facility) of SeturionX and their implementing provisions; (2) Admission rules, additional rules and directives relating to admission to trading and their implementing provisions.
